A missed call at a small business is a lost booking. DevX Voice answers the phone, holds a normal conversation, books real appointments into the real calendar, takes messages, and never invents an answer it was not given.
One codebase ships in two editions. Home runs on local models on our own machine and answers DevX Group LLC's own line, so the product is used every day before any client depends on it. Cloud is the containerized edition for clients.
Setup is drafted from the business's own documents. Upload a price list or a services page, an offline model proposes services and FAQs, and a person approves every fact before the receptionist may say it. Each proposed fact carries the sentence it came from, and a fact whose quote is not in the document is dropped before anyone sees it.
A blocklist refuses known spam numbers before an engine warms up, and a caller who connects and never speaks is hung up on. Every Monday the owner gets a gaps report: what callers asked that the receptionist could not answer. No caller name or number leaves the machine.
The phone line runs end to end from the carrier through a real-time voice server to the agent worker, with a setup dashboard for enrolling and running businesses and a marketing site whose leads land in form-relay.
