Every project needs the same plumbing: a waitlist form, a contact form, a confirmation email, a spam filter, and a place where leads actually land. form-relay is that plumbing built once, as a service.
Point any HTML form or fetch call at a form-relay endpoint and it persists the submission, notifies Discord, and delivers a templated confirmation email. Honeypot fields and rate limits handle bots without CAPTCHAs on simple forms. Multi-tenant API keys scope each project to its own endpoints and data.
Beyond capture, it runs AI-assisted operations: campaign compose drafts outreach email with an LLM, broadcasts go to segmented lists, and the feedback resolution relay closes the loop on bug reports: incoming feedback is grouped by exact and semantic duplicates, one GitHub issue is opened per real problem through a one-click GitHub App connection, and when the fix ships, every person who reported it gets an automatic confirmation email. Plan limits are enforced per tenant, and public sign-up with payments is built and ready to switch on.
It currently runs in production across DevX projects, being battle-tested ahead of its commercial launch.
