Point any form at your endpoint and every submission lands in one organized place, with confirmation emails, Discord alerts, and CSV export built in. You never have to build another form backend. Bug reports get the full treatment. When ten people report the same problem in different words, form-relay notices (AI does the matching) and keeps them as one GitHub issue instead of ten. Close that issue and everyone who reported it gets an email asking if the fix worked; a "still broken" reply reopens it.
